We have puddles!

After several weeks with no rain…

it is an unusual sight.

But very welcome!

  1. Oh how I wish it would rain here. There’s none in the forecast either. Dry as a bone. So dry the cows are giving evaporated milk. So dry all the fish here have ticks. 🙂

  2. Congrats on the rain, we have gotten a fair share of it this year. I don’t remember the grass ever being this green in October but that will soon change. According to the weather the cold weather is on the way!

  3. I was a bit confused at first, thinking that you had those good sized puddles without any rain. Wondering how that would happen and thinking that it must have been some really HEAVY dew! Good golly – I’m a bit slow this morning….Glad you got some rain and those puddles didn’t just appear. LOL~

  4. Rain has been as scarce as hen’s teeth. The weeds finally gave up and died. I hope what is left keeps the ground covered like straw because there will be no grass seed planted this fall. I don’t miss mowing and Patty does it with a smile but she could do without that chore too. Like your pretty blog colors.
