Our smoker has been getting a work out lately.
First chicken.
Now ribs.
They were delicious.
I will be experimenting with different marinades and such with the smoker.
But for these, I just marinated them in barbeque sauce for a day.
And then smoked them just like I smoke the chicken, minus the beer.
The Captain was pleased.
