These two trees are remnants of this past Christmas decorations.
I really like how they light up the entrance to my home and I can’t bring myself to put them away.
How many of you have Christmas decorations that you just hate to put away?
I’m betting I’m not the only one.

I put them away this year, but I usually leave all my snowmen out. I am keeping a strand of red lights which will be made into a V-day wreath tomorrow!
I think I would leave that tree up for a while, too. I had red ribbons around the neck of my concrete deer and left them on for a while. I thought they looked so pretty all dressed up.
Still got the big tree up. We were gone for 2 weeks at Christmas. Planned to take it down last weekend but just didn’t get it done.
Yes I have been the same way with a tree out in the yard that I put lights on. I think I left it up until Feb one year!
Oh well…Who wants to follow rules anyway..?

I really didn’t want to put my Christmas decorations away this year. They add so much light and cheer to the house. I still poinsettas on my dinning room table.
I always think about leaving a small lighted tree out-but never do-I think I should after reading this though : )
